Level 1 & 2 Combo    A combination of a Level 1 and Level 2 class
Prerequisites:
Level 1 Express    The momentum developed by the end of a level 1 session is maintained and challenge is created by adding more exercises and repetitions per class.
Prerequisites:
Level 2    An intermediate level class that continues to build on the foundation and challenge of level 1.
Prerequisites:
Level 2 & 3 Combo    A combination of a Level 2 & 3 class.
Prerequisites:
Level 3    A challenging intermediate / advanced level class that further develops stability, core strength, balance, flexibility and control.
Prerequisites:
Pay-What-U-Can (Just show up, no registration needed).    This is a MIXED LEVEL class. Do not register for this class, just show up. It is on a first- come- first- served basis. This is not to be used as a make-up class.
Prerequisites:
Pilates For Teens    Great for teens (12-16 yrs. Old) who want to improve posture, build strength and increase flexibility in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere.
Prerequisites:
Private Classes    This is an excellent opportunity for client and teacher to collaborate on creating tailor-made sessions to address specific goals of the client. Exercises on the Pilates equipment can also be incorporated.
