Guy's Only Pilates (Level 2)
Here’s a chance to work on strengthening the core, stretching those tight leg, back and shoulder muscles, improving posture and gaining overall strength. Give it a try and feel and see the difference.

Level 1
This foundational class has a focus on body awareness, alignment, core strength and flexibility.

Level 1 Express
This is great for those who need a bit more challenge than the regular Level 1 class but don’t feel ready for a Level 2 class.The momentum developed by the end of a level 1 session is maintained and challenge is created with more exercises and repetitions per class.

Level 2
An intermediate level class that continues to build on the foundation and challenge of level 1.

Level 3
A challenging intermediate / advanced level class that builds on the Level 1 & 2 exercises to further develop stability, core strength, balance, flexibility and coordination.

Pay What You Can (No registration,first-come-first-served)
This MIXED LEVEL class is great for those who want to either add an extra Pilates class to their weekly schedule or take one class per week and still stay within their budget. Exercises will be modified or varied according to the level of the participants who attend each class. Do not register for this class, it is is on a drop-in, first- come- first- served basis. There is space available for 15 participants.

Private Classes
This is an excellent opportunity for client and teacher to collaborate on creating tailor-made sessions to address specific goals of the client. Exercises on the Pilates equipment can also be incorporated.

Stability Level 2
The exercises from Level 1 & 2 are put on the stability ball, foam roller and taken into the standing position to create a new level of challenge.
Prerequisites: Level 1 and Level 2

Stability Level 3
this class is for those who have completed Level 1, 2, & 3 Matwork and are ready to go further and build on the Stability Level 2 and Matwork 3 exercises.
