Happy New Year!

We had a fun holiday visiting with our sons, daughter-in-laws and our grandkids.

I hope your holidays were warm and refreshing.

 

We are heading into our last leg of the journey of having classes together before I retire.

Let's make them our best ones.

If you have suggestions for what areas of focus you would like for our remaining classes, please let me know, e.g. Neck, Shoulders, Upper Body Strength, Spinal Mobility, Lower back strengthening, Hamstrings, Feet, Leg Strength, etc.....

or, if you have a piece of equipment you would like me to use: Roller, Light Weights, Sliders, Ring, Resistance Band, etc... 

let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your requests.

 

We will have 3 more sessions before I retire:  Jan 6 - 31  (4 weeks)

                                                                             Feb 3 - 28  (4 weeks)

                                                                             Mar 3 - 28  (4 weeks) 

 

CLASSES START this Tues JAN 6 and run until JAN 31, (4 weeks).

CRYPTIC PAYMENT:  I received a bank e-transfer for the upcoming classes just before the holidays.  There was no email just "FRY".  If this was you please send me your email so I can send you the ZOOM Link.

EQUIPMENT USED IN ONLINE CLASSES:

-Mat   

-2 Towels   

-Small Hand Weights - 1-3 lbs.

-Resistance Band - 12 ft. long.

-Foam Roller -  3 ft. long, 6 in. wide or a thick rolled-up blanket.

-Foam Block/ book or folded blanket to sit on.

-Pilates Ultra Fit Circle or similar.

 

CLASS COST:  All group classes are online & 45-min.

1 Pre-Recorded Class per week for 4 weeks...................................$65

1 Live Zoom Class per week for 4 weeks.........................................$65

2 Live Zoom Classes per week for 4 weeks.....................................$130


PRIVATES COST: Online and live Privates are 55 minutes.

1 Private....................................................$85

1 Semi-Private (2 participants).............$45 per person

30 min. Private.........................................$45
