RECORDINGS FOR THE 2024 HOLIDAY SEASON

Christine and I will be on Holidays from Dec. 15 - Jan. 6, 2025.
 
RECORDINGS:  If you would like to continue your Pilates practice during the break I have selected 2 recordings that should keep you strong and supple.

The 2 recordings are Bone Fit Friendly.  
 

COST: The cost for the 2 recordings is $32.50, and they are offered as a set instead of ordering individual recordings.   

They will be active from when you receive them until Jan 6, 2025 and you can view them as many times as you like during that period.
 
TO ORDER: 
  1) Send an e-transfer for $32.50, per person in each household who will be watching.
  2) Stephen will send the recordings when the e-transfer is received.

DESCRIPTION OF THE RECORDINGS:

1) BONEFIT MAT PROGRESSIONS:  using Roller, Towel and Resistance Band we'll explore a combo of Mat and Standing Pilates work to challenge and strengthen.

2) BONE FIT ROLLER & SLIDERS:  using a Roller, Sliders, Blocks and a Towel we'll free up the spine and joints then into full body movement on the Mat and Standing.
