Our next session starts in less than 2 weeks, and I need your help.
As an experiment, I was thinking about adding 2 new time slots to the July schedule while still keeping the current classes.
The idea I had was to add a 7:30 - 8:15 AM and a 12 - 12:45 PM class.
I thought there may be some folks who would like to do a class before work and some who might like doing a lunchtime class, whether they are working from home or the office or just like that time slot.
The new classes would be “All Levels” which means I would introduce an exercise in its Fundamental form then layer on more components and challenges. Participants choose which exercise level is safest and best for them. This is the approach I take in all my classes and most of you are familiar with it.
If you would be interested in trying a 7:30 AM or 12-noon class for the 4 weeks July session let me know this week.
Tell me what time and what days (Mon., Tues., Wed., Fri.), are best for you and I’ll see if there is enough interest. I would need 5 participants for the class to run.
