KW PILATES SCHEDULE: February 1 - 27, 2021
Wow! February already. Here are a few things to take note of for this session:
PRE-RECORDED OPTION AVAILABLE: If you can not make the live weekly classes, and would like to take weekly classes, there is a Pre-Recorded option available. Let Stephen know you are interested in the pre-recorded option when you send your e-transfer. Once payment is received he will send you a weekly link by the Friday of each week for 4 weeks. The cost is $60 for one weekly pre-recorded class for 4 weeks.
NEW CLASS OFFERING: BONE FIT (for all levels)
Stephen will be offering a class with safe, effective, evidence-based exercises for folks with osteoporosis on Wed. at 10:15 AM.
Each class will include:
-Modified Pilates Mat & Standing Exercises,
-Resistance Band Exercises (medium resistance),
-Weight Training (1-5lbs.) + body weight exercises,
-Balance Exercises,
-Postural Exercises and more...
PRIVATES: On-Line Privates and Semi-Privates are available for Feb.
FRIDAY & SATURDAY PARTICIPANTS: Stephen will be doing the third module in his Franklin Method training the weekend of Fri. Feb. 26 & Sat. Feb. 27. He will send out pre-recorded links to those who participate on those dates.

EQUIPMENT USED IN CLASSES:
-Mat, and a chair, stool, or bench.
-2 towels - one for under the head and one for the lower back.
-Small Hand weights - 1 - 3 lbs.
-Resistance Band - light to medium resistance, 5 -6 ft. long.
-Foam Roller - 3 ft. long about 6 in. wide or 2 rolled up yoga mats.
-Foam Block or folded blanket to sit on.
CLASS COST:
1 Pre-Recorded Class per week for 4 weeks = $60
1 Class per week = $15.00 x 4 weeks = $60
2 Classes per week = $28.50 x 4 weeks = $114
3 Classes per week = $40.50 x 4 weeks = $162
Unlimited Classes per week for 4 weeks = $204
