APRIL/MAY 2022 NEWSLETTER & SCHEDULE
NEXT SESSION: APRIL 25 - MAY 21, 2022, (4 weeks).
CLASS FOCUS: Thank you to those who gave feedback regarding aspects you’d like to have incorporated in the next 4 weeks of classes.
The top 4, starting with the most requested, are:
-Shoulder /Neck Release.
-Using Light Weights.
-Balance.
-Glute Max Strengthening.
I will do my best to incorporate these aspects into each class.
HOLIDAYS:
There will be no classes from May 23 - June 20.
Christine and Stephen will be visiting family in France.
Recordings will be available for purchase closer to the date.
Stephen will send out recording info within the next 2 weeks.
NEW CLASS: If you know of someone who would like to try an Intro Level Pilates class, please let them know about Solid Foundations.
DESCRIPTION: Solid Foundations takes the single elements of the Pilates Fundamentals and starts combining them, creating a whole-body movement experience that is both safe and effective. These exercises will challenge the mind as well as the body and develop deeper breathing, core strength, spinal and joint mobility, and coordination. The pacing is moderate.
SOLID FOUNDATIONS is great for those who have some experience in an exercise form other than Pilates and are wanting to try something different, or for those who have been away from a regular exercise routine and are wanting to return. Offered on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:15. Cost $60.

-Mat (needed for Solid Foundations)
-2 Towels (needed for Solid Foundations)
-Small Hand Weights - 1-4 lbs.
-Resistance Band - 6-12 ft. long. (needed for Solid Foundations)
-Foam Roller - 3 ft. long, 6 in. wide, or a thick rolled-up blanket.
-Foam Block or folded blanket to sit on.
CLASS COST: All group classes are online & 45-min. long
1 Pre-Recorded Class per week for 4 weeks...................................$60

Send an e-transfer to [email protected] for the amount of the class(es). When payment is received a ZOOM LINK will be sent that will be used for the 4 weeks of classes.
