RECORDINGS FOR SEPT. BREAK
Christine and I will be on Holidays from Sept 2 - 22. We will not be able to answer emails or phone calls during this time.
Classes and Privates resume on Tues. Sept. 24.
I will send out a reminder about REGISTRATION by Sept. 19.
RECORDINGS: If you would like to continue your Pilates practice during the break I have selected 5 recordings that should keep you strong and supple.
You could give yourself a Pilates challenge during the break by setting your intention to do 3 classes per week. You may be nicely surprised at the results.
TO ORDER:
1) Email Stephen with the exact titles of the recordings you would like.
2) Send an e-transfer for the amount - $15 per recording, per person in each household.
3) Stephen will send the recordings when the e-transfer is received.

Upper Body for Bone Fit & All Classes
Equipment: Light Weights and a Wall
Description: a full body workout with an emphasis on upper body mobility / stability using Wall, Mat and Standing exercises
