DEC  2023  NEWSLETTER / SCHEDULE

 

This next Session runs from DEC. 5 - 30,  2023, (4 weeks).

Registration is now open.

TO REGISTER: Send an e-transfer to [email protected] for the amount of your online group classes and Stephen will send you the ZOOM Link for the 4-week session.

Please review the price list below before sending your payment.

 

The studio will be closed JAN 1 - 15, 2024.

 

The session after that runs from JAN 16 - FEB 24 (4 weeks), with a 2-week interruption in the middle of the session.  The studio will be closed from FEB 6 - 17, 2024.

 

Register and pay for the Dec. session and Jan/Feb session separately.

A newsletter will be sent out a week before each session begins.

You can register for that specific session at that time.

 

OFFICE HOURS:  Emails and phone calls will be returned on Tues., Wed., Fri., and Sat. until 1 PM.  The studio is closed Sun., Mon., & Thurs.

 

BONE FIT CLASS:  some folks are under the impression that the Bone Fit Class is a Beginner level class.  Although some of the exercises are different from the other classes taught during the week, the challenge level is the same. Try a class and see for yourself.

EQUIPMENT USED IN CLASSES:

-Mat   

-2 Towels   

-Small Hand Weights - 1-4 lbs.

-Resistance Band - 12 ft. long.

-Foam Roller -  3 ft. long, 6 in. wide or a thick rolled-up blanket.

-Foam Block/ book or folded blanket to sit on.

-Pilates Ultra Fit Circle or similar.

 

 

CLASS COST:  All group classes are online & 45-min. long

1 Pre-Recorded Class per week for 4 weeks..................................$65

1 Live Zoom Class per week for 4 weeks.......................................$65

2 Live Zoom Classes per week for 4 weeks..................................$120

3 Live Zoom Classes per week for 4 weeks...................................$170

Unlimited Classes per week + 1 recorded class per week..............$213


PRIVATES COST: Online and live Privates are 55 minutes. long.

1 Private................................................$83

1 Semi-Private (2 participants).............$42 per person

30 min. Private......................................$44
