NEW CLASS:    “Solid Foundations”.    Tues. 5:30-6:15 PM.

This 4-week intro to the Pilates Method will cover such essentials as posture, core activation, breathing, spinal and joint mobility, and pelvic stability.

It is perfect for those who:

-are trying Pilates for the first time,

-have not been in an exercise class for a while, or

-would like to review the foundations of this method.

Equipment:  Bring a 6 ft. resistance band, 3 towels, and a foam block or rolled-up blanket to sit on.

All Group Classes are Online and 45 minutes.

EQUIPMENT USED IN CLASSES:

-Mat

-2 towels

-Small Hand weights - 1-3 lbs.

-Resistance Band - 12 ft. long.

-Foam Roller -  3 ft. long, 6 in. wide, or a thick rolled-up blanket.

-Foam Block or folded blanket to sit on.

 

CLASS COST:  All group classes are online & 45-min. long

1 Pre-Recorded Class per week for 4 weeks....................................$60

1 Live Zoom Class per week     =  $15.00   x   4 weeks..................$60

2 Live Zoom Classes per week  =  $28.50   x   4 weeks.................$114

3 Live Zoom Classes per week  =  $40.50   x   4 weeks.................$162

Unlimited Classes per week + 1 recorded class per week..............$204

 

PRIVATES COST: Privates are live or online & 55-min. long.

1 Private.................................................$79

1, 30 min. Private.................................$42

1 Semi-Private (2 participants)..........$40 per person

 

REGISTRATION FOR ONLINE GROUP CLASSES:

Send an e-transfer to [email protected] for the amount of your class(es).   When payment is received a ZOOM LINK will be sent to you that you will use for the 4 weeks of classes.

 

REGISTRATION FOR PRIVATE SESSIONS:

Email Stephen at [email protected] and let him know you’d like to register for a Private Session(s).  He will get back to you with the days and times that are available.
