PILATES RECORDING FOR NEXT 3 WEEKS
While we are away I will be offering recordings you can purchase so you can continue your Pilates Practice.
UNLIMITED ACCESS: You will have unlimited access to the recordings for 3 weeks - April 28 - May 19.
COST: The cost is $15 per recording per person in each household; (3 recordings for one person would be $45).
TO ORDER: 1) order by this Thursday, April 25.
2) send an e-transfer for the amount of the recordings.
3) Send an email to office@ kwpilates with the full title of the recordings you would like, for example "Bone Fit Upper Body EP. 2" & "SPINE DANCE".
6 RECORDINGS TO CHOOSE FROM:
MAT PROGRESSIONS EP.2: Equipment Needed: Roller, Resistance Band, Blocks to sit on and a Rolled up Towel. In this class we will explore modifications and/or variations of Shoulder Bridge, Roll Over, Roll Up, Spine Twist, Side Kick, Single Leg Kick and Leg Pull Front Support.
BONE FIT MAT PROGRESSIONS EP. 2: Equipment Needed: Roller, Resistance Band. In this class we will explore modifications and/or variations of Shoulder Bridge, Double Leg Stretch, Side Kick and Leg Pull Front Support.
UPPER BODY EP. 2: Equipment Needed: Light Weights, Roller, Towel. We start by releasing the upper back, neck and shoulders then adding light weights and our own body weight to target the upper body while still having a full body workout .
BONE FIT UPPER BODY EP. 2 : Equipment Needed: Light Weights, Roller, Towel. We start by releasing the upper back, neck and shoulders then adding light weights and our own body weight to target the upper body while still having a full body workout .
SPINE DANCE: Equipment Needed: Long Resistance Band with loop tied at the end, rolled up Towel, Roller. The focus will be on spinal mobility in standing, sitting and lying positions using small equipment. The result with be a supple, well moving spine and overall body toning.
BONE FIT CORE & MORE: Equipment Needed: Long Resistance Band with loop tied at the end. This core and full body workout will use our own body weight as well as the resistance band to help create a routine that will build core strength, upper and lower body strength, balance and mobility in a spine safe way.
