KW PILATES SCHEDULE:    MARCH  1 - 27,  2021  (4 weeks)

 

NEWS & UPDATES:

 

PRE-RECORDED OPTION AVAILABLE:  There is a Pre-Recorded class option available to those who can not take weekly live classes.  Let Stephen know if you are interested.  The cost is $60 for 4 weeks of weekly pre-recorded classes.

 

FRI. AND SAT. PARTICIPANTS

Fri. Feb. 26 & Sat. Feb. 27, Stephen will be doing the next module in his Franklin Method training.  If you are planning on taking a class on either of those days let Stephen know and he will send you a pre-recorded class link by this Friday in lieu of the live class.

 

This also applies to the March Module of the training on Fri. Mar. 26 & Sat. Feb. 27.

Stephen will send out pre-recorded links to those who request them.

 

“SPRING BREAK / READING WEEK”:

Stephen and Christine will be taking a 2 week “Spring Break/Reading Week” from March 29 - April 11. Pre-Recorded classes will be available for purchase for this time.  Stephen will send out another email with details regarding the selection and purchase in 2 weeks.

EQUIPMENT USED IN CLASSES:

-Mat

-2 towels

-Small Hand weights - 1-3 lbs.

-Resistance Band - 5 -6 ft. long.

-Foam Roller -  3 ft. long about 6 in. wide or 2 rolled-up yoga mats.

-Foam Block or folded blanket to sit on.

 

CLASS COST: 

1 Pre-Recorded Class per week for 4 weeks..............$60

1 Class per week     =  $15.00   x   4 weeks................$60

2 Classes per week  =  $28.50   x   4 weeks...............$114

3 Classes per week  =  $40.50   x   4 weeks...............$162

Unlimited Classes + Recorded class for 4 weeks.......$204

 

PRIVATES: (55-minute sessions)

1 Private........................................$79

1 Semi-Private (2 participants).....$40 per person

1 30 min. Private...........................$42
