Christine and Stephen will be in Mexico for a Celebration of Life for Stephen's mother.

 

STUDIO CLOSED for the Holidays:  Dec. 19, 2021 - Jan. 3, 2022,

FREE HOLIDAY STRESS BUSTER CLASSES:

There will be free, All Levels classes offered Monday, Dec. 20 at 9:30 and 5:30.

Use the Nov./Dec. class link to access the classes.

If you do not have the Nov./Dec. link and would like to join the free class, let Stephen know and he will send you the link.

 

FOOD BANK DONATION:

KW Pilates will be fundraising for the Food Bank of Waterloo Region this December.  We're hoping to raise $1,000 for this great cause.

EQUIPMENT USED IN CLASSES:

-Mat

-2 towels

-Small Hand weights - 1-3 lbs.

-Resistance Band - 12 ft. long.

-Foam Roller -  3 ft. long about 6 in. wide or a thick rolled-up blanket.

-Foam Block or folded blanket to sit on.

 

CLASS COST:  (45-minute classes)

1 Pre-Recorded Class per week for 4 weeks....................................$60

1 Live Zoom Class per week     =  $15.00   x   4 weeks..................$60

2 Live Zoom Classes per week  =  $28.50   x   4 weeks..................$114

3 Live Zoom Classes per week  =  $40.50   x   4 weeks..................$162

Unlimited Zoom Classes + 1 Recorded class for 4 weeks...............$204

 

PRIVATES: (55-minute sessions)

1 Private.................................................$79

1, 30 min. Private.................................$42

1 Semi-Private (2 participants)..........$40 per person

Send an e-transfer to [email protected] for the amount of your class(es).   When payment is received a ZOOM LINK will be sent to you that you will use for the 4 weeks of classes.

 

REGISTRATION FOR PRIVATE SESSIONS:

Email Stephen at [email protected] and let him know you’d like to register for a Private Session(s).  He will get back to you with days and times that are available.
